Functions
1. Promote GIT development by:
- supplying energy to intestinal epithelial cells for their rapid proliferation;
- improving tight junction proteins to maintain the integrity of the intestinal structure and intensify intestinal barriers.
2. Reduce risks of intestinal diseases such as diarrhea and inflammations by:
- modulating gut microbiota (decreasing harmful bacteria including E. coli, Salmonella, C. Perfringens while increasing beneficial bacteria of Lactobacillus);
- enhancing gut immunity and reducing oxidative stress.
3. Improve growth performance and function as an AGP alternative.
Advantages
1. Special molecular structure allowing 100% stomach pass-through.
2. Release of much higher concentration of butyric acid and effective absorption in the whole gastrointestinal tract (GIT).
3. Fast energy supply.
