Active Ingredients
The vaccine contains per dose at least 10^6.0 EID₅₀ of Newcastle Disease virus (Strain HB1, CVCC AV1613) and 10^3.5 EID₅₀ of Infectious Bronchitis virus (Strain H120, CVCC AV1514). 

Character
Spongy and loose mass, dissolved quickly in the diluent. 
Indication
For the immunization of chickens against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis. 
Adverse Reaction
No adverse reactions.
Administration
Nose drops or drinking water vaccination. 
1. Vaccinate healthy chickens aged over 1 day. 
2. Dilute the vaccine with normal saline, water for injection or distilled water according to the doses on the label. 
3. Nose drops: 0.03 mL.
4. Drinking water vaccination: double dose. The amount of water depends on the age of the chicken, generally 5-10 mL for chicks at 5-10 days of age, 10-20 mL for chicks at 20-30 days of age and 20-30 mL for adult chickens. 

Precautions
1. The vaccine shall be stored in a dark and cool place and be used up within 4 hours once mixed with the diluent. 
2. For drinking water vaccination, use clean water with no antiseptics such as fluorine and avoid the use of metal containers. All water shall be withheld from the birds for two to four hours prior to vaccination according to the region, season and feed. 

3. The used vaccine bottles, utensils and leftover vaccines shall be sterilized.
