Active Ingredient

The vaccine contains per dose at least 10^6.0 EID₅₀ of Newcastle Disease virus (Strain Clone 30).

Character

Spongy and loose mass, easy to separate from the bottle wall and dissolved quickly in the diluent.

Indication

For the immunization of chickens against Newcastle Disease.

Administration

Nose drops, eye drops, drinking water vaccination or spray application.

Dilute the vaccine with normal saline or other appropriate diluent according to the doses on the label. 

Nose or eye drops: 0.05 ml/chicken;
Drinking water vaccination or spray application: double dose.

Precautions

1. Spray application is forbidden in chicken flocks infected with Mycoplasma.

2. The vaccine shall be stored in a cold and dark place and be used up within 4 hours once mixed with the diluent.

3. For drinking water vaccination, use clean water with no disinfectants such as chlorine and avoid the use of metal containers. 

4. Used vaccine bottles, utensils and unused vaccines shall be treated innocuously.
