Active Ingredients
The vaccine contains per dose at least 106.0 EID50 of Newcastle Disease virus (Strain La Sota, CVCC AV1615) and 103.5 EID50 of Infectious Bronchitis virus (Strain H52, CVCC AV1513).
Character
Spongy and loose mass, easy to separate from the bottle wall and dissolved quickly in the diluent.
Indication
For the immunization of chickens against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis Disease.
Administration
Nose drops or drinking water vaccination.
1. Vaccinate healthy chickens at over 21 days of age.
2. Dilute the vaccine with normal saline, water for injection or cool boiled water with good quality according to the doses on the label.
3. Nose drops: 0.03 ml/chicken (1 dose).
4. Drinking water vaccination: double dose. The amount of drinking water depends on the age of the chicken, generally 10-20 ml for chickens at 20-30 days of age old and 20-30 ml for adult chickens.
Precautions
1. The vaccine shall be stored in a cool and dark place and be used up within 4 hours once mixed with the diluent.
2. For drinking water vaccination, metal containers are forbidden to use. All water shall be withheld from the birds for at least two to four hours prior to vaccination.
3. The used vaccine bottles, utensils and leftover vaccines shall be treated innocuously.
